Help with SMS

I am having a problem with the SMS emulator. No roms are showing up. Is this the same situation as the dgen where I have to move them somewhere....or are there any other ways to fix it?

exactly what version do you have?1.50?1.51?1.52?2.0?

well if ur having trouble with dgen then move the roms outside the roms folder.Delete the roms folder for all I care.And to see if ur having trouble u can either go to system settings and see what version u have or u can use my video to help u out.Everyone uses it!Its awesome!Made it myself!

i have firmwire 1.50....i'm not having a problem with d-gen..its the SMS emulator on the pspbrew d/l page that is giving me issues. i've loaded roms in and nothing. it looks like it is rying to look in a directory that is ..game/sms/roms, but the file doesn't create that...i tried to manually create it too but nope...didn't work either

try putting the roms right outside the roms folder...

soo instead of /GAME/SMS/roms put it in /game/sms/

i might be wrong, but dont you have to unzip the roms first?

depends on what ur downloading.Like here we have our own downloading proccess.PM me and show me what ur doing.

You prolly have to unzip the roms, just do that.

the roms are unzipped. i am loading them on in their "<rom_name>.sms" format. I've treid puting one in the roms directory, root directory and all the way back to the very main directory and nothing. i haven't the saves or background folders.....i am just wondering has anyone got that one to work?

seriously man, i think there is something wrong with the SMS emu. I tried it now like 5 times and i just can't find a way through it..but reading you're posts, got me thinking and i finally got a way through it. thanks all of you.
