Jay-Jay is back from vacation!

hey guys.. wuz up!?? How's it hangin??? Been a bit out of the loop with PSP stuff. Need to learn quick, "what's new", "what's working?", "what's not working?" and etc...

And also who are the new members? Who are the new moderators if any? -- so I can sling some mud at them for a bit.. (joking).

Good to be back.. Hollar back!!

Yes, and as of know any ISO is playable on the PSP using the new DevHOOK to emulate 2.7. Oh, and a full beta version of gangs of london was leaked.

Thanks .shadox :D , not to mention improvements on the Daedalus N64 emulator, and also updates on the PSPVBA Gameboy Advance emulator (version 1.2.3) which both are getting better and better. Plus the whole custom firmwarre thing which will allow you to "unbrick" (to a certain extent) you 1.5 that has it installed. You can also use a cool application (if you have a wireless router that is) that will let you use your PSP as a Wireless Controller for your PC. So if you have a cool emulator for your computer you can use your PSP as a wireless controller as long as you have WIFI capabilities. There are a couple of other things, but I figured I would cover some of the minor stuff (except the custom firmware) that not everyone touched base on.

Already covered, I think "D_Lord" will also be posting it up formally. Also to PSP Man, I think you meant 2.6/2.5 downgrader.

Gotcha!! Won't ever upgrade man! Still loving 1.5!!

Where did I go? In my imgagination I went to the dry hot land of Galaxian where I had to deal with ugly Galaga bugs and also the mean donkey Bee Queen from that world. In the real world: I went to visit my ugly cousins and my mean donkey aunt in the dry and hot AZ desert for a bit.

Sorry guys.. I couldn't find the thread where you guys talk about the new DevHook .046 fw 2.71-- but it is awesome!! The exe will install it for you and all you have to do is push the buttons on your PSP to get it working!! nice job!!!!!! here is the link: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/673

Wish I can be told what does the other installers do also? The only one I installed was: install Default DevHook 0.46 with 2.71 firmward. But here is a list of the other installs that I am not sure what they do for me?

  • Add Bleach Custom Pack - 0.46 version
  • Add Naruto Custom Pack - 0.46 version
  • Return DevHook to Stock
  • Install 2.60 Firmware for DevHook
  • Install Mod Pack (USB/Screnshot/No Autorun) - 0.44/0.45/0.46 version
  • Install JAP Reg .ZIP for Manual install (Swapped X and O)
  • Install CISO Tools
  • Install X5 Web Portal
  • Install DevHook 0.46 Update

If you guys have an official thread with this above discussion.. please link it here so I can remove this reply here and paste it where it should go.. thanks.
