help with unbricked psp

Hi.New here and not into messing about with my psp much, so far anyway. I sold it to a mate who bricked it, gave it back and i have just unbricked it with batt and mem stick from ebay. I now have ver 3.71 m33-2 i think but also has 1.50 on mem stick. All i want to do is get some free games! anyone feel like bringing me upto speed on all this?!..........hacking the philips c12 mobiles a few yrs ago was easier!!!!!

not sure! when i look on mem stick from psp it has pandora ver 1.5 and something that has corrupted data, would that be it?........

saved kernel update in psp,game,update.....what else do i need to do?....something in recovery?

in config gamefolder homebrew(currently:1.50 kernel) but game still doesnt run!!!!!!

what is the error code?

Go into recovery and then go to Advanced -> Advanced Configuration -> Disable every option.

only 2 options, both disabled......do i have to save mariokart in game or create game 150?

just to clarify, saved ver 1.50 on stick root renamed as 150eboot and have kernel150 version 2 saved in game as update.....mariokart shows as a game but wont start........

it said incorrect or non existent 1.50 pbp at root.....?

rename the file as 1.50 PBP.
