PSP Downgrader from 2.0 to 1.5

found this.. i wondered if anyone has used it yet and if it is safe - seems pretty simple.....

yes, this has been out for months now, and yes, its safe, and yes, alot of people already downgraded. But thanks for the link though.

if you don't think it's safe now, I still have the first files and I myself still use it. And it's in good condition...here's the file.
