No you haven't told me that. You just said you didn't know what you were thinking at the time.

Yes it can be thought of it that way, but isn't telling someone that they can't kill someone telling them what to do? And that they believed it was right. I mean really, yes or no, is telling someone that they can't kill someone else telling them how to live their lives?

It's not the religion that causes wars, it's the men who use religion as a means to control people that do.
They call me tater salad.

no its not
because like i said 100 billion times before.

so one has the right to take someone else's lifer, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness form another person, so by killing someone you are taking their life away, which makes it wrong :)

When i say you cant tell people what they can do, i mean with their own life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness.
Like you cant throw someone in jail just because they smoked weed, or for not wearing their seat belt, its excessive, immoral and unjust :)

This does not mean people can go of killing each other, all it means is that i cant tell someone to give me their computer, and if they dont ill ruin their lives or throw them in jail.
Its a basic concept

ace, farquezy can believe that nobody has the right to tell anyone how to live their lives and not still be able to tell someone that murder is wrong. Why? Because LAWS aren't PEOPLE and law, even in a perfectly libertarian world, is still to be held above man, for law is the way in which man governs right from wrong.

Sorry farquezy, I was just having the mindset similar to that every sin is different but there all a sin, so there the same. I think that if you told someone that they can't kill someone then that's telling them how to live their life. It just gets sketching when you talk about that stuff because it can go either way. You can't let them do whatever they want, you can to an extent though. I was just trying to point out the fact that you shouldn't have said that they can do whatever they want, you should've added your personal first amendment to it.

I assumed that was already implied... I mean, it's not like it went away or anything.

will i thought you know about libertarians so i thought you would know when i say "you can tell someone what to do" i mean it like: you cant tell them what they can do with their own life and property, not that you cant tell them to not kill people and not steal.

Im sorry as well because i needed to add that.

But libertarians think this:
As long as your not hurting anyone, you can do whatever the f*ck you want.
That means you cant kill people, you cant drive drunk, you can pass red lights, basically you cant hurt anyone.
What is does mean is that you can do drugs, destroy your own property, not wear a seat belt, and a lot of other things i dont feel like posting.
But thats the basic idea.
