UPMS v4 not working....

So i made my UPMS on my slim 3.90 m33-3 and i got to run the program and install alot of utilities and 3.71 on my Ms. But when i put my (hard mod phat) Pandora in, the screen stays black and nothing runs. Even if i hold L like the lil pdf says. Should i try and start from scratch?

Also, my 3.71 m33 phat wont run the cso at all. Why is that? The UPMS wont run w/ pandora on my phat either.

Think thats all for now. Going to mess with the slim and see if i can get it to run or something.

Is there an error code when the cso won't run? Do you have a UMD disc in?

i do not have a umd disc in. that might solve the problem.
Yes there was a code, but i have forgotten it. I will try and make a new MMS with UPMS v4 on it and see if the UMD will fix or i will post again with the error.
