TA-??

when i boot up with pandora and mms with DC-v5 the psp board is TA-?? , what does this means? i have read some posts on other sites that TA-088 is not pandorable. the psp is running now on 4.01m33-2. i have used the total newbie installer to install 3.71 m33 then updated it to 3.90 m33 then to 4.01m33-2. if i want to downgrade it to 3.90m33 again using DCv5 will it brick the psp?

That was supposed to mean that certian MotherBoards won't run the IPL. If the menu comes up. Regardless of what it says the MotherBoard is, you're running the IPL, and do not need to worry.

I wonder if any PSP's in the US/Canada have those motherboards yet
