I hav suceess fully downgraded my PSP!!!!! No joke!!!!!

Trust me, i havent ever lied to u. Go to the downloads get the necessary files, then downgrade, it really works!

Well.....im very excited--- ive just tried it...it works...im going to tell my experience...

i did all the steps like the readme says....everything ok??no...no new dat.bak file in my memstick so ill just tried to see the photo...and lots of letters and numbers appears in my screen...my girlfriend belived that my psp was bricked but i had read in another forum that you only have to take the battery out and restart your psp....i did it and create a usb connection....and....tadaaa the new file was there...there appear a camarche.dat too.

lol....i executed the 1.50 firmware update...and suddenly with the ac connector plugged in it told me that i didnt have enough battery...omg...well i turned my psp off...pressing the switch for about 10 secs....then i restarted my psp...and what was my surprise when i looked at the version....i had a 1.00 psp... Well so if it believes this is 1.00 i can execute the update now without problems...i left my psp to charge some battery and then i executed the updater....lol this time it told me the new features...all of them said "undefined" i began to sweat...omg didnt know what was going to happen...but i pressed the x button...and once more...the updater was launched....99% a new error...no problem i was advised of that...but i didnt know if my psp was bricked....i restarted it again and the blue screen appears.....o button and......new configuration....looked at my system settings-->version 1.50

I mainly do xbox modding so im a total noobe at hacking the PSP and i downgraded my 2.0 to 1.5 in 10 mins. Now can anyone write a TUT on how to get my bloody wife off of my PSP now she can play Mario Land And PACMAN LOL

And if anyone can send me an mph downgrader that doesnt have a virus! please send it to me. Im trying to downgrade my friends psp, but all the downgraders ive found contain the psp.brick trojan. Even the one that the MPH website distributes! My gosh!

Norton Antivirus detects the overflow.tif as a trojan, ive just downgraded a friend of mine yesterday with the mph downgrader downloaded from his own page, and Norton Antivir told us that it was a virus, but i had just downgraded my girlfriend psp and mine too with that downgrader and i knew it will work, so i used it again, ive downgraded 5 psp with the same downgrader and without a brik, if you want can write me at [email protected] and ill send you my copy of the downgrader

yea norotn detects the overflow as a virus. try switching it off and download from psp-hacks.com they have a legit version of the mph and it works.

Is it just norton that picks them up has anyone found the viruses with another antivirus program like AVG or Vet?

I think that norton is the only one that will pop up saying that its there, but I could be wrong...

i don't have it, but when you do get it, be sure you have it scanned for viruses, so your psp doesn't brick!!

Does this one on pspbrew work for version 2.5 psps?
