Ugggh, I'm here at school.

In my 3rd period, AP Computer Science, and it has a bunch of filters that I can't bypass. Lol.
And I hate these stupid filters!

They're freaking annoying. It even blocked google. xD
Yahoo works, which is at least something.

I'm ticked off cause we have a sub, and it doesn't let me go anywhere. >_<

Maybe that worked back in 1950s but not now dpm ;) lol Our network won't let you access it w/o the proper cms proxy info, and even then websense still blocks most things without a proxy in a proxy!

What you do is get the info from internet explorer for the access and then copy it down. Then plug in the flash drive with mozilla on it (for example) and put the info in there. After that, no more surf control. I did that in school for three years with various browsers while other retards were using proxies behind proxies and surfing slower than stone age dial up.

That's what I meant by it won't let you access the network without the proper proxy info, or connection settings w/e you prefer to call it. But by using those settings then your also using the websense filter. Trust me, unless your school is really behind in technology, that method doesn't work anymore, and hasn't for a while.

Now everyone uses ultrasurf!

The school I went to definitely wasn't behind in technology lol. But... if I'm thinking back... when we used Mozilla and went to connection settings and typed the info, I think we were using the same connection and stuff as the school, but we typed in something-something proxy. I mean, I actually made money by putting the files on people's flash drives and configuring it, so it worked and still does, but no, my school wasn't behind on technology.

When SGG comes around again, ask him. He might know. He's still in the school. We didn't use websense for a filter though. That I do know. We used a different server-sided filter. I think the problem was tricking the school's servers.

HAHAHAHAHA
Ok that was hilarious, but was pretty rascist man lol Borderline rule breaking...

@dpm
Ah idk then. Tons of schools use websense now, I never really tried anything though before I got into high school. We never had any chance to mess with computers at my middle, but my hs is a academy of technology so yea. We have tonz of time to mess with them. As for using firefox and entering the same info as IE used on the computers, I'm not sure exactly how that would even work unless you used some other proxy or something. Heck IDK!
