No. We dont post roms do we? Sites that post roms would be illigle. We just post homebrewws for people with 1.5 to play and emulators for roms to run on, but we dont post anything illigle. The emulators wouldnt be illigle unless the rom is running. We dont post roms on it so my vote would be no. This site is not illigle.

i hate to burst ur bubble, but actually, its not. Its illigle to still download the roms. But there are legal roms out there. But nintendo has not made them.

I dont read either but in countries like Europe like PSPUPDATES.COM for example, it was made in europe, and in europe, roms are legal, and that means pspupdates is legal incase you guys were wondering, but when you download them, thent he thing that you downloaded may not be legal, depending on what you downloaded.

ok.. here what downloading and playing a rom is like - you go to the stores, you take a couple of the new xbox 360 games and then you don't get caught and leave the store... it's wrong people.... in a couple of years an xbox 360 emu will be out, and you'll be stealing the games for that later too....
