NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER has the Iranian president or any iranian leader said they are pursuing nukes.
The want nuclear power!
You ask why, well maybe it has something to do that for 4 hours electricity is cut of to sections of Tehran, keeping 1 million people without power EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY!

I'm Iranian, i understand what they said and they have never once said they want nukes. They even themselves say they dont want nukes. they've said that they will do anything possible to prove that they dont want nukes

THEY JUST WANT THE PEOPLE TO HAVE ELECTRICITY!!!!
f&*%ing amazing right?

please if im wrong prove me because i love to know why you guys think iran wants nukes!

That's not really what I'm trying to get at. What I mean is that if they develop nuclear technology, that provides a great opportunity for terrorists to get their hands on some, for a seemingly large price to someone that supports a large family on a small wage, or maybe they might just steal it. Either way, they have the possibility of manufacturing nuclear warheads to use against the rest of the world. Don't deny the terrorists would use one the second they got their hands on one. If they had the technology at the time, it wouldn't be planes in NY, it would be a bomb.
well you bring up a good point, but thats been debunked a LOT!.
First Iran does NOT SUPPORT TERRORISM!
they support Hamas, yes, but so do I, HAMAS IS NOT TERRORIST under international law, what they are doing which is retaliating against a occupying force which is causing civilian deaths is PERFECTLY legal and by all means necessary and justified. Though i am HIGHLY against the fact that Hamas itself practices the killing of civilians.
You will never understand this perspective unless you have been to the Gaza strip, or West bank or Golen Heights.

But anyway, you say terrorist can steal them? I cant see how in anyone's right mind a person can come to the conclusion that people living in caves with AK-47s and RPG-7 can enter a highly secure and protected facility and steal the nukes that are just huge and they would require special equipment, not to mention they have to get away.
And even if they did get a nuclear bomb, PLANTING IT IN NY?? HOLY F^#%IN S$^# ARE YOU SERIOUS?
How is a middle eastern going to bring a huge a$$ nuclear bomb into the states or any other country and NOT GET DETECTED??

wow i dont understand the mentality of you people.

PLEASE, if im wrong tell me because i like top learn and see new prospectives

Well considering you contradict your own post and occasional are grossly misinformed yourself, what makes you a subject matter expert?

Here are a two reasons why Americans associate Iran with terror:

1. In March 2006, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said, “Iran has been the country that has been in many ways a kind of central banker for terrorism in important regions like Lebanon through Hezbollah in the Middle East, in the Palestinian Territories, and we have deep concerns about what Iran is doing in the south of Iraq.”

2. U.S. Director of National Intelligence Michael McConnell said in June 2007 there is “overwhelming evidence” that Iran supports terrorists in Iraq and “compelling” evidence that it does the same in Afghanistan.

So you mean to tell US here on this thread that our leadership made up of individuals with PHD level degrees are grossly mistaken and that you that barely remembers living overthere are an expert on the topic and you ain't even out of highschool yet?

Yeah, they've been working on those for a while and not just the military.
For gardeners and construction workers.
A lot of different companies are trying to do it.

I can't remember when it was, but I believe some time last year US solders were being fired at from insurgents using a certain sniper rifle, I believe the Barrett M82. If I remember correctly, the only source they could have gotten the rifle from would have been Iran, who of course denied the claims.

The thing is, when countries do f'd up shiz, they don't come out and say they are doing f'd up shiz. The fact is, nobody here REALLY knows about ANYTHING going on in the world. For all we know Kim Jung Ill vacations with a group of UN members.

And you really need to drop this "I'm Iranian, my country is doing nothing bad" stuff. Your nationality does not determine what your home country does/doesn't do. I'm American and as much as I'd like to believe my country is the pillar of freedom, I know it's not. Hell, even Canada does some f'd up shiz from time to time. Anyone read about Canada and the narwhals? EVERY country has a blemish, and the sooner we get past that the sooner we will have a better understanding of what is really happening.

This is so true.

I would also like to add that no one person can get the entire picture from any one source.

Even though emotions run high just realize that every person brings in a small but new piece of the puzzle into the conversation.

I think that discussing the issue with others is the best way to get informed especially where there are opposing views, it's called balance and it allows spectators to decide for themselves what they agree with.

Geez I missed a lot. We have no idea what is truly going on, it would probably blow our minds if we knew every secret.

You know what?
Sometimes I wonder if my life is unique in it being the only one without something. Like....
The Truman Show.
But instead of everyone it's just the government.
For all I know, life outside America could be nonexistent.
Maybe, WWIII is going on and I'm not being told. Maybe no one is in America.
Maybe everyone who says they're going out of the country on vacation are just hiared actors. Maybe the same thing with the state. Maybe Texas is the only state that's like this and the government doesn't want Texans to know about the life outside of it's borders. Maybe the world isn't the way maps portray it! Maybe Texas is landlocked and maybe technology is super advanced and there are flying cars and stuff but the government won't let anyone out of Texas.
Maybe you guys are all actors or part of the goverment, or part of the evolved technology.
What if technology doesn't want me to leave Texas to discover the truth!
What if all the world is ran by robots but they captured people and brainwashed them and kept them in Texas to study them!!
Whoa, this is getting freaky-deaky!
What if it's aliens trying to keep me in a big bio dome and I'm actually not even on Earth!
I'm going to have nightmares now...
