California Adopts 'Hitler's Policy'

In Belmont, Calif. it is now illegal to smoke in your own home and, as John Blackstone reports, the new law has angered one woman who’s now on a mission.

There's a country in Europe that's like that. You also can't walk around naked in your house either.

That just sounds rediculous. Where are you supposed to smoke?

actually i was reading on it and i agree with this
the punishment is a warning and nothing serious after that it seems
and it is only implemented if a person calls it in.
I remember living in a apartment full of low life bastards who kept smoking and it was the most disturbing times of my life because the smoke was all over the place and there was always that horrible smoke smell.

I like this law, i wish they had it when i was a 10 year old kid living in a apartment and was exposed to second hand smoke 24/7

The economy is getting dragged into hell, unemployment is rising, California is almost bankrupt and 100 Americans die in the so called war on terror every month and legislation like this is what elected officials focus on.

I guess I have my priorities mixed up; that's why they get paid the big bux.

Yes we all know, the gov't makes stupid laws in stupid times. I haven't heard anything in a few weeks but the legislation of Houston was working on banning the huge inflatable advertisements (Purple gorillas, Hulk's, etc..) So we can compete with other cities that banned it. LOL
