ok if you cant smoke inside your own appartment or condo i can understand that cuz for fire safty and asma attaks and whatnot but in you own house thats bull*&^%

Yes we all know, the gov't makes stupid laws in stupid times.

Some lawmaker somewhere was recently trying to pass a bill that made cellphones make a noise whenever a picture was taken.

The point of the phone's making noises is to limit upskirt pictures and stuff in malls and what not. Another congressman right now is trying to push that for digital cameras, but you have to wonder how that would effect bird-watchers or other animal photographers and stuff as well as other professions I'm sure.

It's not hard to make it shut up though either...

I know the intention but all I am saying is that there are more important matters to tend to than to worry about people taking up skirt pictures or denying people their right to smoke.

well the big bills take awhile to pass so theyre probably just takin their time by coming up with small ones

in ohio its up to the apartment complex owner whether they want it to be smoke free or not. dont want to deal with smoke? live somewhere smoke free. do want to smoke? join me and DPM and smoke till your broke, and i don't just mean tobacco

they passed a law here in louisville that you cant smoke in restaurant.
