Is there a way to put custom firmware onto a psp without a pandora batt. or magic memory stick

Only if you have an original PSP 1000 with the firmware 3.50 or lower. There are other methods available for that but everything else requires the Pandora/MMS Method.

Alright then I'm afraid you will need to use the Pandora method. There are several tutorials in the tutorial section that show you how to do this.

no, lumines exploit just made it so you could downgrade to 1.5, then bounce up to CFW

Yea I said you can only downgrade the psp 1000 with other methods beside Pandora as long as you are at 3.50 or below.

dude i had absolutly no expirience and made a pandora bat. and mms for cfw on my first try, u shuld look into it its easy, after i made the pandora the old school way i found out there was a way to restore it (slim only) so wat im tryn to say try its easy and makes u feel smart

You can buy the pandora battery offline but you'd still need to make a MMS which is easy to make.
Both are actually easy to make.
