Yes he does say that, but what i meant is that if you want something no one can forcefully take it away from you.
If you like your house, you can stay in it, no one can take it from you.

Its a plan to abolish boring jobs and replace humans with machines, abolish the monetary system and have a society that uses no money. There is also no central government and hardly any laws.

The Venus Project aims to eliminate a monetary system. Eliminating a monetary system will eliminate social standing/ classes. Eliminating social standing will then cause science to standstill and would be difficult to cause a change in power politically.
