Can i be a wii news poster? An informal one.

What kind of news do you want, I can give you like tehskeen.com does and give you news for every single update if you wish. *P.S. This is just for the wii as currently some applications i use and other do are being upgraded at Lightspeed* For example on wiibrew.org they are testing 0.3.3 of HBB (home brew browser) They are testing if the download to usb device bit works

Or i can give you substantal news for example, When new good applications become avaliable or Copy/paste news off other sites also, i can just give system updates and application updates or the full monty.

Also if i do, do copy 'n paste other sites news i will edit it to make it more better *more quality cannot think of right word* and i wouldof probaly copy 'n pasted it because i think the site has done a blu**y good job.

You're going to have a rough time with the news tool, but try to make stuff look like the previous posts, including the hyperlinks and source pages and stuff. If you copy / paste from somewhere, always link to the source. If you have questions, which you will, use my AIM.

No you dont have to be a mod to be a news poster...but they may show up as a mod for reasons you cant know about till you get to that point

Also can i have some help with a few questions. Im not completly sure so i need someone to give me an example
When putting a download link and you put download HERE with the HERE having underline and when you click to have you gone to another website. A Hyperlink how do you do that? i know the underline for example its just ive tried to get it working in the past and i want to make Craits job easier.

Quick question: As ive sorta read the rules but am not sure: Because of illegal stuff out their if i do a news post can i post about the following things. Theme Changers *Currently all themers changed it so they use .mym so THEYSay its legal. Also Usb Loaders ive heard no before i cannot remember where. Their are so many topics on them we, well in my opinion may aswell post about their updates. Ive noticed in the download section the Downloads you put in their are WAY to out-of-date as ive already seen that on another website like 4 days ago. Also that only Un-brick safe applications are in their, *Partly true* for example Waninkoko 4.1 upgrader isnt in their *ive noticed while typing this most of this is wrong but still partly a point* Also we dont have usb loader updates but we have Snes loader updates when they are technicaly illegal if you dont actualy own the game.

Freedom public beta 2 Released

Crediar has Released Freedom Public Beta 2 a Nintendo Wii System Menu Replacement, be careful and read the readme if you wan't to install this.


Important Note:
Freedom REPLACES the system menu COMPLETLY, there is no way to access the system menu
as long as Freedom is installed. See the uninstall section for information to restore
the system menu.
The installer requires and IOS with both the fakesign bug and the ES_DIVerify
functions working. The installer will try to load the following IOS and will use the
one that loaded for Freedom: 250, 249, 36, whatever IOS the installer got loaded with.
I know the GFX isn't fancy but I'm no artist that's why I made the GFX loadable from
FAT so anyone can make a nice GFX.
In future version it will also be possible to change the positions of items.

What is Freedom and what can it do?

-GC Disc loading (any region)
-Channel loading (any region)
-WAD Importing
-WAD Exporting (Channel backup)
