And Alex, I told you that GTA 4 would rape your computer lol. I couldn't play it right until I had a quad core at 3.1ghz and I use a 8800gt 512mb. Later this week, hopefully, I'll be rollin' with the big boys and using my 4890 1gb can't wait.

And on another note, here's a look at my next upgrade. What do you guys think of this monitor?

Awww, don't cry Diehard. I used to be a huge Intel fan and was highly considering the exact same processor, but I decided to stay kinda budget and get an AMD Athlon 64 X2 to start out with. I got that puppy and then eventually ended up "trading" my girlfriend sex... I mean, my old motherboard and processor. She gave me a budget and I bought me a new motherboard and processor with it and gave her my old stuff - along with an 8600gts 256mb card - which is actually quite a beast. Might even be 512mb I can't remember.

You guys should see Mirror's Edge on my computer lol. It's pretty much... well... ownage. Should I make a video and show you guys?

I thought my core 2 duo 1.86GHZ and X1400 512 ATI graphics card was a beast for a laptop...back in tha day.

x1400 512mb is'nt bad...

...but anywho, today is a good day. I got my graphics card ALREADY - just two days!! That's even better than NewEgg would have got it to me. Good stuff. The card is a monster. It's huge and heavy, and capable of making really high pitched whining noises if you adjust it a little, just like Puncharger.

As for Mirror's Edge, well, I can't run it right now. My guess is that because my graphics settings were set to settings from my Nvidia 8800gt 512mb, and since I had turned on "Physx" support, a "Nvidia-only feature unless you have a Physx card, it won't start. It does the main intro but crashes before the main menu - where the setting can be changed. Gotta reinstall.

But I will say, so far... this thing is rape. I will upload a picture later and maybe a video if someone tells me how to compress it well because the video file sizes are huge with FRAPS right now. I may even do a little audio commentary.
