I've been here since the beginning, and don't plan on leaving.

You may not "plan on leaving", but you are about as close as you can possibly be to being forced out. Keep it up bud. And for your information, the older staff before I reorganized the staff members left on their own accord. I was granted admin as the only active staff member and hence have recruited active staff members who have been part of the staff for over a year now aside from news posters who come and go. If you'd like to argue about who contributes here, I'd be glad to have that discussion... or perhaps show you by example and just ban your whiny donkey.
