How do you find out the "MAKE" and the "MODEL"

Oh gotcha.. Well without an OS it could be pretty hard. Theres probably a program you could download and run and it will tell you (thats what i did on Win 7).

Awesome news! I fixed the laptop! Turns out the hard drive was fried! There was an old hard drive I had laying around in my room from my old laptop. ( You may remember when I made the posts on that old laptop because it was broken). I tested to put it in and it didn't fit. Then I took the casing off of it and then tried it again. It had different plug ins. I thought that it was impossible and I gave up. While sitting on my chair I was messing with the hard drive and found out that the plug in on the old hard drive could come off. I popped it off and it fit! Then I took the case off of the fried hard drive and put it on the old hard drive and surprisingly it fit! So I had to reformat and all that and now I have another problem...Drivers. I have no CD's for these drivers and I have every driver besides the one for my Video Card. The problem is I do not know how to find out what kind of Video Card I have. I looked in DXDiag and couldn't find it. I also looked on the desktop (Right Click > Personalize > Display Settings) And all it said was N/a. How can I find out what kind of Video Card I have?

I just opened CMD and typed Debug and then typed d C000:0010 and then d and then d again and that showed me my graphics card that I had. Google ftw? I guess... lol I'm just glad I have the computer fixed! :) I'm on it right now!

Please stop acting like a Moderator. No, you dont have to lock topics each time an end is come. The person may have a new problem arise (and with a topic like his it might)

It's ok Da Cool Man, it's just that we don't operate our forum like that most of the time. Sometimes we lock answered threads, but like BKF tried mentioning, let the moderators worry about that. I crack them with a whip regularly and if you go around telling them how to work then how am I going to have any fun? ;)

In all seriousness though, you're being too tense. BKF wasn't getting on you - just letting you know what's up :)
