Im on the ATT chat thing right now. Dang, this is so easy. They dont ask you for any Social Security or anything. I told them my phone number and dads name and I was in.

They keep wanting me to call customer service but I tell them they should be able to help me. lol.

Sorry it was late last night and the little things were funny to me.

My Ping time. It has been hovering over 70 when I should be in the 20-40 range. I was reading that customer service could help

Did they help?
I know sometimes when my system feels slow I usually reset my router and that seems to help.

Anyway, I asked her why my neighbor with slower speeds has 40x less Ping then i do..she replys "that he has a different setup then me and thats the problem. "

I say "We are doing this through Xbox which is the exact same hardware.."
She says..which I almost started laughing at.."I think you need to call xbox for help with your internet connection"

I doubt they would believe a pspbrew topic....

This disappoints me that someone could be in the tech support position and make an idiotic statement like that. If you were doing this on Twitter there would be an official AT&T investigation into this I promise you.

Ahh man you had no idea how mad it made me. That and the manager first said "The better internet package you have the better Ping time"...Which I reply "Thats funny, I have a better internet package then my neighbor and he has 40ms less Ping time then I do"...Manager: *Pauses* "Thats not what I said"
