its called "photo shop" this wild thing they do with photos to make them look strange.

plus, why isnt it bigger on the internet? explain why NO-ONE knows about it except the picture. no story, no evidence....

Actually there was a special I believe on CNN or a local news channel, can't remember which, about this same exact thing. That isn't the only dog like that, people breed them. Proof? MIT Article: http://www.technologyreview.com/biomedicine/19589/
