False Advertisment
I bought the 32LH40 like I have been talking about lately (HD is amazing..). My one complaint is that it doesnt have the "XD engine" as ADVERTISED that upconverts Standard Definition TV to a more pleasurable experience. Now, if it was just a Best Buy mistake I would be ok with it...but it is on the Manufacturers website. Thats what made me mad.
I emailed LG and this is what they had to say:
Dear BKFraiders7,
Thank you for contacting LG Electronics. We are always glad to assist you.
I absolutely understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
The model 32LH40 does not have the XD Engine feature; it is a mistake in our specifications sheet, which will be reported to our marketing department for the necessary corrections to be made.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again either via email, or by calling our customer service division at 800-243-0000 at your convenience.
