since they were invented. microsoft owns them. and i was reffering to more of losing customers to more use ful OS's. kind of joke.

I think Advent is right and Apple's been going steadily up the last few years and skyrocketed within the last decade.
However, there are frequent points in time where Apple's been loosing money- A lot.
I have a graph in some business magazine my stepfather got in the mail. It was a dumb article.

microsoft owns mac as in has a large amount of stock on them. been that way since forever. remember now, mac stole its ideas from IBM and microsoft supposedly stole the OS from mac. either way, i read that microsoft bought mac to save it, and hasnt let go.

Microsoft did buy stocks. Non-voting stocks tho which gave them no say in company matters.

Around September 28, 2000 Microsoft sold all their Apple stocks tho.

and actually DPM, people have gotten games like fallout 3 and cod mw2 to run exceptionally better in ubuntu KK like i run.

its really getting up on the compatibility list. all were waiting for now is mac to wake up and say, "hey! were loosing money!" and go Open source like. maybe even debian compatible if the unix based thing is true

Those games had 100% compatibility with Windows from day one without waiting a year
