Headaches.

ive been waking up with these massive headaches. and if I dont haveone before 10:00 they usually will start. mabey its my diet? I dunno.

You go through cycles when you sleep. If you wake up at the peak, you will be more awake when you start to wake up. If you are deep in sleep when you wake up, it'll cause that kind of stuff.
Maybe if you got some kind of alarm clock that gradually got louder or you could set your smartphone to do it. This'll allow you to ease into being awake no matter where you're at in the cycle.

Have you been drinking / consuming larges amounts of caffeine lately? Coffee, pop, and so on? If you have been and suddenly stop then you get them. I know thats kind of obvious but still can't narrow anything down until we have more answers. Plus like Crait said, sleep cycles have a big thing with this to possibly.
