psp receipt

To exchange your psp for another one with sony... do you have to have the receipt?
I scanned a copy and put it somewhere safe and I can't find it lol!

ummm i dont think you need a receipt u just need your insurance thing if you bought that.

you cant exchange psp's at all. Unless theres a software/hardware problem occuring with your psp.

Go to Wal-Mart. They take anything. Just say you want to exchange it cuz it doesnt work right. Say it freezes too much during gameplay or some BS. Worked for me.....twice at that.

i got my psp on reserve at gamestop.
you mean i can take it to walmart and they will give me another?

i highly doubt that if it has been more than 3 months.

yea walmart takes anythng... i give them back games that i dont want anymore and say "it skippes" and they give me FULL PRICE in store credit so i get a new game...

step 2: look around
step 3: look for a nerdly looking clerk
step 4: walk up to him
step 5: smile
step 6: tell him your problem
step 7: smile
step 8: give him the psp
step 9: when he takes it, yell LOOK SUPERMAN!
step 10: as he looks on, take out a sharp object and quickly swipe across the psp
step 11: grab the clerk by the collar and holler "DAMN YOU, YOU SCARRED MY PSP, MY LIFE!!! ITS ALL GONE, IM GONNA COMPLAIN"
step 12: throw a tantrum
step 13: get new psp
step 14: walk out of store
step 15: look back at clerk
step 16: smile!
