A moderator should also be one of the most active members on a site and encourage people to join and stay on the site. There are a lot more expected out a moderator than the average member.

We have countless threads for what updates we'd like to see. I'm not saying you guys are ignoring them because some of the suggestions are actually gay, but double checking most of the threads might be a good idea.
Que is an excellent member of this site. If I were administrator, I would have made him a moderator a long time ago. If I was a news poster, I would post all the news he keeps putting up on the site.
