and like i said, i want an xbox. theres lots of games i really want that are exclusive to it.

See, it's one of two things:

Either I save up for this new, sexy beast of a 360, knowing it's probably built better than the current models

OR

I pick up an oldschool Arcade on the cheap, seeing as how they're dropping those in price by $50 or so to make way for the new model

Don't you still have to buy the hard drive for the arcade console? So, the $50 price drop will really require a $50 purchase. And for $50 more, I'd rather get the other system.

Well it's $150 for the arcade, which has 512mb of built in memory (only good for game saves pretty much) or $300 for the new 360 with a 250gb hd and wireless n.

I might save up some extra cash on the side to buy the new xbox, and then flash the arcade I have now so I don't have to play on this old garbage 360 that I have flashed now that doesn't have hdmi Since I doubt there will be any juicy stuff for the new 360 for quite some time.

I know for a fact I'm not getting one.. but that's not to say I don't like it.

I would really like to have one.. and there's alot of cool things about it, but Unless mine dies, I don't see a point in it.

I really want to get this but i just payed for a new harddrive and wireless adapter for my xbox so I don't think it's worth it.

I haven't really looked into this so the first post picture is the first one I've seen.
