Have you seen the CS:S update?
They've removed all the mods (jailbreak, zombies, etc.) and almost all servers are impossible to connect to now.
The new update also stops using UDP for sending packets making servers more lag-tastic.

There are all ready petitions to get rid of the update, and the update came out today.
