take offence do it diehard always means offence . jk diehard anyways in all seriousness i watched the first 5 eps of Vampire Diaries when it caem out (my ex was real big into the books and she asked me to watch the show i stopped because there was waaaaay too much teen angst in there for my taste ) so i see nothign wrogn with watchign Vampire Diaries if you're a male Gossip Girl i have no comment on and Nikita will never be as good as Le Femme Nikita the show that this one is based off of, and if i am the only one that remembers it then i REALLY am as old as i think

Hey now I have watched Nikita before simply because, well, the commercial had action/shooting in it. I don't remember the original nikita but I did know about it beforehand The TV show isn't all that great imo but definitely a lot better then now a days television. It seems now that if it doesn't have doctors or cops in it it gets canceled.

<vent> On the topic of TV anyone else disappointed in all of the recent shows that were cancelled? Probably more importantly the shows that will be replacing them?! I gotta admit Lie To Me started declining after the first season, but the first season was great. Once Chuck finishes up its last 13 episodes I don't think there will be any shows left that I will watch on primetime channels (ABC, NBC, FOX, etc). </vent>

Yeah, they canceled like 5 shows on Fox on the same day. Like, out of the blue...
But no new have caught my attention... I couldn't care less about them and hope the new shows come out to be better.

Bleh, I haven't read much more into the new shows but from briefly skimming over them all I saw was 2 bit comedies and a spinoff...actually I'll just stop at the word "spinoff"....
If they could just get Lie To me back to where it was at the first season then I would def love the show again, but it was still enjoyable for me none the less so I'll add that to my list of why television is going down the drain, next to the cancellation of My Own Worst Enemy, and any other good espionage/action shows that have been canceled to be replaced by terrible comedies and cop/investigator shows.

i'm kinda pissed that the CW cancelled Life Unexpected (go ahead and lauhg but i loved that show) but i am glad they gave the girl from Life Unexpected a new show coming out this fall (secret circle a show about bloodline witches) so the cw is going back to the old days of when it was the WB and having atleast 3 supernatural shows on its line up (anyone else remember that Charmed Angel and Buffy were all originally on the WB at the same time?)

I like Scrubs too, I've started watching the last couple of seasons on netflix.

I took it upon myself to go ahead and start laughing.

lol idc thats why i said laugh i know that Life Unexpected was meant for mainly chicks but still i enjoyed it. there were soem plotlines and themes in there for the guys as well so all in all it was a good show but i know that alot of people didn't like it (why else would the CW cancel it after only two seasons?)
