Hmmm. Would you ever consider downgrading, or if you wouldn't where are you getting this emu from.... Make sure you also installed the eboot loader correctly to your PSP...

The Eboot Loader is in right. I'm running everything else ok. This is the 1st time I've tried to use NeoCD (from this site). I've tried loading the rom zipped and unzipped.

Did you check off the hidden corrups icon... If you did, it won't work...
