PS2 Help

Ok ive got a sh*t 2.01 fw PSP and im SICK AND TIRED of hating it so ima gonna exchange it for a PS2 my cousin's got.

Prob is i wanna how to play pirated games on the PS2... I know theres MOD chips and the hard drive alternative.

Now im gonna rule out the harddrive option cos i heard theres a lot of incompatibilities.

So that leaves me with the mod chips.

I checked on the net and there seem to be a gazillion different types of mod chips.

Could someone list the different types and their function please...

Lastly could someone tel me which is the cheapest, most compatible and hassle-free mod chip out there

Off Topic:Why do u want to gid rid of ur psp didnt u just get it, i mean they will come out with a downgrader soon enough i would just wait but thats up to u. I was part of the 2.00 craze and stupidy updated but i had to wait so i would say just have patientce. Just me though.

actually there isn't a prob but theres two tings:

1 shipping charges
2 my cousin wants my psp...

Besides i just want some info on modchips... i only got the notion of trading my psp when my cousin said he wants the psp. Im not exactly putting it up for sale... sorry, i hope you understand... besides i can get a new ps2 slim modded in india for bout $150... im trading with my cousin cos i can re-trade with him when (and IF) v2.01 gets cracked... sorry again...

Now if someone could gimme some info on the best mod chip out there...
