ok his mom has a loptop right and he has an account on it but it won't let him download it because he is not an admin and he can't get the file on his account

I think you mean it won't let him install. If he doesn't have admin access there's not much you can do.

Yeah, he can only do it on an admin name or on the admin name, change him to an admin...
