second-tier links

Why is Tier2, Tier3 link building something that can get your site to the top of Google?
One of the effective mechanics that I use in SEO is Tier2 and Tier3 links. Some SEOs who have only dealt with projects often don't know what it is. In Runet, this is usually called "link strengthening" or "multi-level link building", in the English segment - Tier2 / 3 link building. How to use Tier2 and Tier3 link building techniques, how to identify suitable pages for this and what to look for - let's talk in this thread.

Re: second-tier links

Not every page with Tier 1 links should be promoted using second-tier links nesting. At the very least, this would be too troublesome and resource-intensive. In order not to create extra work for yourself, it is better to select priority pages for promotion among such pages.

Re: second-tier links

The main stages of the link strategy look like this:
Analysis of competitors' link profiles.
Drawing up a work plan for placing links.
Selection of donor sites.
Actually accommodation.
Why is the order like this? An effective strategy is based on the link profiles of competitors who are promoting for the same queries as you.

Re: second-tier links

After you have studied the list of competitors and fixed it, we will see how many donors they use, what links they buy, what pages they strengthen with them. Shares in the total reference mass will also be of interest. Find all this information will help special services for analyzing links.

Re: second-tier links

In general, different links are needed. Both with an anchor and without an anchor. From different resources. And from websites and blogs and forums. The point is that robots need naturalness. And naturalness is when people know about the site and start recommending it. And they recommend it everywhere. Therefore, different links are needed.

Backlinks from frequently visited pages usually generate more referral traffic than links from less visited pages. It is obvious. The question is whether they have a stronger effect on search engine rankings.

Re: second-tier links

Since link building requires effort and time, it is better to focus on getting crawlable links. Just don't make a fuss if you get a non-crawlable link - it still has some SEO value.

Re: second-tier links

You can contact owners, editors, or administrators of other sites and ask them to link to your page. To do this, it is necessary to draw up a transparent business proposal. This is where link building tactics come in handy.

Re: second-tier links

A strong and robust site architecture almost guarantees effective backlinks. The better the architecture, the fewer links needed to get the desired results.

Re: second-tier links

Although directories are considered meaningless and worthless, there are some that can be useful (especially in the beginning). They are called niche target directories and are able to provide you with relevant dofollow links.
