+ Perfect cuts, lots of characters, easy to see, overall GREAT work.
- the only 2 things i could find wrong has to be the backround and the THEME!!! i think megaman looks like a little PU**Y. a little too young for my taste

i didnt put into account how much i dont like the big head! if i did you would have gotten a 1.4

9.5/10 The only thing I don't like about it is the color glow for elec man (or whatever he calls) seems a little off to me.
