Really, al you have done here is just paste images on, put glow on it, get a background and a border.
No blending I see, sorry man but not very good.

9/10...would have gotten a 10 but u forgot one character...I'll leave you to decide who that is, other than thatvery clean very colorful. I love it...The character you forgot was protoman, if you have played megaman powered up you can unlock him by beating all the chellenges in challencge mode!
