I no I ask alot of noob questions but i need some more help

OK I really need some help I need to know how i play a emu on a 2.60. I have been trying to find out my self but it sounds to complecated without some real instructions. I have GTA, and i wanted to play a sega emu, so if anyone could help plz do.

I know that psphacking101.com has a video tutorial on this.. I would sign up there and download it.
