As mass confusion continues at the sony fourms on 3.0?

I know a very small bit of Japanese, I'm taking it now, but I cant read any kanji, all I know is two of those are terebi (television) settings and foto (photo) settings.

Jt says he knows japnese pretty well (well enough to play Jap games) so i think we just have to wait for him. As for the pic, thats one helluva nice look... It looks real or is one terrific gfx job...

PS: Is the "BS" symbol in the pic supposed to be Bullsh*t?

so what if theres a new firmware it wont be homebrew compatible... and will be harder to hack (probly i dunno jack s**t bought hacking programing, etc..)

Alright both of your pictures must be fake. There is no clock, there is no battery status, the icons are just poorly made worse than the others, and this definatly looks like it was done of a 2.6 to me. Plus, the picture icons are definatly not the same. All are different! The Game Icon is not shown, there is absolutaly no way that this many icons and Language Perseptions would be on.

I don't know, from all of what I have said it looks really fake.

+, I seriously think that Sony would have made a much better background than that for a Demo! I mean just look at the PSPupdates pictures!
They are WAYY different. Not because they are from Japan, but because they use much more better icons, and they are leaked!
And also, note taking on the PSP would be pretty hard unless Sony releases something to connect to the psp for typing.
