My first real art, EVER!

Please RATE and tell me how i can improve cos believe it or not i spent 2 whole hours doin this... reading a dozen tutorials at the same time n sacrificing some much needed sleep. If you find this too easy please still take the time to rate it and give some tips....




AND SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME A HALF DECENT BORDER TUTORIAL COS THIS IS THE ONLY KIND I CAN DO (using stroke option)
I wanna just put a line of white and thats it! I know it sounds simple but thats how much i suck at gfx

-It looks really nice and fits in with everything. You could've effected it out some more but it looks fine like this too.

Well you have just put in clouds and made them green, get your guy put a green glow on him with a green glow on your black and white font.
Not realy good but it turned out pretty nice

well the colour goes together and all but i mean its really just the cloud filter though its definatly not bad and one of ur better ones i must say 5.4/10
