Well.. I started off as it being snow and then it didn't work and the snow came out pink, so I just found this next and used it..

I am gonna vote for mailas. PstationP, that raining effect doesn't go well with your picture at all, there's a chick or whatever standing there with rain... dude.. if you really think about it.. you/he stole my whole layout basically!!! Ahh! picture in the middle with 2 pictures on the side fading... aiya!!!

I vote Malias, reason is because PStstionP's GFX is too choppy, and blending and effects are bad, PSPorts was better x100 sorry.
