psp firmware

Could someone tell me if 2.0firmware is just as good as 1.5firmware when downgraded ?
Best place to get psp with either of these firmwares ? Except ebay... Thanks

buy a psp with a 1.52 then upgrade it then downgrade to 1.5

Well, on the side of a PSP box, look for a letter A,B,C,D,E, or F cause either way they will be upgradeable or downgradable or right on 1.5.. Anything higher, and you won't be able to get to a 1.5..
