I still need help with my probelm

I dont know what is wrong, I have my time and date set right, but can someone tell me what a third party software is and
how do I fix this?

I already cleaned all my cookies, and ran cleaning program like CCleaner.

Well u can always get an email at my site thats if ur into graphix but looks like u fixed it.
