really? what kind of a system you got steel

steel could ya give us a hand i ve been reading tuturials and it says i require a memory card for xbox and 007 agent under fire i dont have em but i might rent em out or is there a newer and easyier way to softmod? i have no clue at all about xbox moddin i dont even no how to work ftp... so if u can give us a hand cheers

I have a 360 with a samsung drive. I flashed the firmware on the dvd drive to play backups but my internet is too freaking slow to download any without leaving it on for a week. And most of the time I'm playing games so I can't afford to have a download stealing all my bandwidth. I also have 2 Xbox's. One is hardmodded with an Xecuter chip and the other is softmodded. And the way I softmodded my xbox was I did the cut apart a crappy old controller and a usb cable and wire them together. Then you plug in a memory card into the controller, and transfer the game save onto the memory card. Then you take a good controller, plug the memory card into that and use the gamesave exploit from Mechassault, 007, or SplinterCell. But this way you'll most likely ruin your controller, I fixed mine and put it back together but it's being held together by tape.

lol, why didnt u buy an adapter? what xecuter chip you got? also I would like to talk to you on MSN about ur 360, I'm tempted to do it, but I really think it might be most advisable to wait until we konw for sure they cant detect it. It might turn into a cat and mouse game so idk. what is your msn so I coudl talk to you about it?

I wouldnt do anything to my 360, it costs a bundle.

so would soft moddin stuff up me xbox controler cause i m tempted to rent out a memory card n 007 agent under fire and mod it and if u want to put more emus on do u still need the memory card n the 007 game?

no. you put them on your xbox hdd..
so once you mod with it all you can return it to the people you rented it from.

Yea I only know three games that work with this mod:
007
Mechassault (version 3 I think)
and Splinter Cell
I rented mine from blockbuster.

thats stupid because at blockbuster its like 5 for 7 nights or something, but i went to gamestop and bought, yes bought splinter cell for 2 dollars..
you are better off buying it used as long as it isn't a greatest hits version. make sure its the origional whether you buy or rent it.
