Not that I know of, you're going to have to download the trial version of WinRar to do anything with RAR files. Or you could pm me and I can send the files to you via Email.

To upload them yourself you gotta download them lol.
Whats wrong with extracting it? Can't you open it manually?

Well you gotta download winrar to open a rar file.
Whats wrong with installing rar? Its way better than win zip.
Seriously tho, if you dont want to download rar thats fine.
Il send you the PSPSet file on a zip folder k?

How else am I suppose to send them??????????
Dude! I have no idea whats wrong with your PC but you gotta install The Winzip that was on your pc when you got it.
Look for it and use that as your default winzip.
Seriously, the only way I can send things through the internet is through either a zip or a rar file.
Simply just install winrar here:

just download winrar.. trust me it's virus free. if you ever download most anything anymore, it will be in zip/rar files which you will need to extract with winrar.
