open rar files online?

Is there a website that lets you extract or open rar. files online, cause I dont wanna download anything or is there a way
I can get to download PSPSet v0.9 without having it to open it in rar. document?

Not that I know of, you're going to have to download the trial version of WinRar to do anything with RAR files. Or you could pm me and I can send the files to you via Email.

can you upload them in a share file site and give me the link instead?

Whats wrong with extracting it? Can't you open it manually?

Dude! I have no idea whats wrong with your PC but you gotta install The Winzip that was on your pc when you got it.
Look for it and use that as your default winzip.
Seriously, the only way I can send things through the internet is through either a zip or a rar file.
Simply just install winrar here:

Eboot 1: Put this eboot inside the PSPSet folder without the % sign
Eboot 2: Put this eboot inside the PSPSet% folder with the % sign

yeah I guess you can....but I need to know the name of the folders that the eboots belongs in too...

just download winrar.. trust me it's virus free. if you ever download most anything anymore, it will be in zip/rar files which you will need to extract with winrar.
