IF I SWITCH MOTHERBOARDS

If I switch motherboards with my friend who has a Non TA_082 But 2.71 firmware when I put his motherboard in my psp will It show up as his 2.71 firmware or my 2.6 firmware ??? please writet back thanks guys

well that TA mobo i think uses a different power requirement then downgradable one, BUT if the power supplys IS on the mobo with it, then nothing should fry and yes, u will get the firmware he has.

Why don't you just switch psp with your friend, to avoid the bricking and all. I think if your friend is ok with switching motherboards, then he should be ok with switching PSPs, because he won't have to worry about it breaking.

everythign the psp knows about itself is contained on the mobo. I dont see the point of swapping them since you cant downgrade on a 2.71. Also, dont lie in your sigs , if you did not know that flash is contained on the PSPs mobo it isnt even remotely possible that you could make a TA-082 downgrader .
