Help me!

I recently... acquired.... the Loco Roco ISO. This is my first ISO I have done, so don't kill me. When I open the folder there are 28 WINRAR archives all containing a ISO 728 MB in size. All the folders have the EXACT same file in them... I think... All the same size, all the same name... Then there are 5 files ending in .R30 .R31 .R32 .R33 and .R34 and one ending with .SFV... Should I just extract one of the ISO files and try that

You need to extract one of the files, unless they are all ISO's, then it should have an ISO within the RAR file, or
PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA, in the case of those two files you need to obtain UMDGEN, and then you can create or undo the ISO, to add a patch or PRX files from a 2.0 game, if you even need that anymore with the new Devhook, then you'll want to get an ISO compressor, like this one here, and compress it to CSO to use with Devhook.
