Since this topic is old I guess it's pointless to say, here is a place to get the shareware WAD, since you can't download the full game legally, but you probably already know this. So I thought I'd finish up the topic. If you want a somewhat working full game WAD of Ultimate DOOM, drop me a PM. It will freeze on the startup screen even in the options mode (it goes to one of the backgrounds that somehow freezes the game, but you can always adjust the options in game), but it takes a little while to get to the point where it crashes. I don't know why these old topics that don't have any replies stay anyway, go figure. Have fun with that though if you haven't yet.
Back, and playing with my "zompsp".

Ok man,

I followed the tutorial and doom loads but i can't get any of the wads to work. I downloaded some of the shareware ones from doomworld but they don't work. have looked on psp-hacks but they don't have any wad files (none that i can find anyways.) can you point me in the right direction where to get some???

Sorry to tell you but you can't double post, you supposed to edit it into your last post. For the WAD's you got off the onternet, not all Doom wads work but if you PM me I get you an upload of the WAD file (including a remake of Goldeneye but for Doom), by the end of the night (and its about 9:00 pm here, so at least before 10:30-11:00), if you require them before tomorrow that is.

Let mods and admins worry about double posting.
Anyways for wad files I havnt tried your link im_on_the_computer but for a fast download go to psp-hacks.com
Also, sei psp can do a lot of things.
The thing I like that it does is that you can configure your eboot file with a type of background you want it to display when you hover over it in the game sectin on your psp, change the game icon for it, and lots of other things.
It also gets rid of corrupted data, I use it instead of the brew pack beta for getting rid of corrupted files because the one on the brewpack doesnt seem to load properly but I use Sei PSP a lot.
I think it does this thing with 1.0 files Il have to check.
But I think the most useful thing it does is make one eboot file (a 1.0 eboot) into 2 eboot files and automatically hooks it up on your memory stick so you can play it right away.

Its pretty neat.
Heres a tutorial I made:
