what program uses tch files?

I don't know which text program uses tch files, can someone tell help me out?

the program won't install it says I need to insert the "COMPILER/UTILITES" disk into the C Drive, wtf, you can't insert disks into the C Drive

This is to use the cheat function on rin 3.2
I played around with it for awhile and found out how to use it. You have to set up a text file and enter it in this format:

Code

Code Name
Code

After last code hit enter twice.

Example: Pokemon Blue cheats look like this

Master Ball
01017CCF

Rare Candy
01287DCF

Moon Stone
010A7ECF

Infinite Money 1
019947D3

Infinite Money 2
019948D3

Infinite Money 3
019949D3

I had to separate the infinite money code to make it work because it is 3 codes.
Then Save the file the name of the ROM Except instead of .txt put .tch at the end.
ex: rom file
Pokemon - Blue Version (UE) [S][!].zip
Save cheat file as:
Pokemon - Blue Version (UE) [S][!].tch
