HellsPlumber new Homebrew Menu 2.7+ has now been updated to version 2!
Incase you didn't know, its a written Flash Homebrew Menu for 2.7+ firmware.
Its divided into four categories:
GAMES
APPLICATIONS
NETWORK
TOOLS

The Games and Appications categorys have Flash homebrew games and applications
(obviously). The network category has network enabled stuff and the tools category has built in
tools.
It also has a Custom Homebrew Loader so you can play your downloaded flash homebrew.
Please be at caution, if you have bookmarks in the 2.7 web browser, they will be deleted.
To install:

1.Click the downloaded EXE file.
2.Make sure it is going to install into the root of the PSP's memorystick (usually E:\)
3.Once you have set the installer to install to the PSP,click extract to install.
4.Once the installation has finished,go to your PSP's Internet Browser and open your
bookmarks.
5.Click Homebrew Menu to open the Menu

He sais he will be releasing a tutorial REAL soon. So just look at the instructions for the mean
time.

so this will work on my 2.70 psp and wat will dit do and is it safe?

Mailas can you be a little more specfic to clarify on what
fw your talking about with "2.7+"??

does that mean 2.71 or higher??

Well, 2.7 and 2.71.
Its a flash, so yes its safe to use.
