I use my original xboxes a hell of a lot more than I use my 360. Just the ability to play all of the old Atari, Coleco, Commodore 64, Intellivision, NES, SNES, N64, Sega Master System, Game Gear, Game Boy/GBA, Genesis, Sega CD, Turbografix 16, Neo Geo, Neo Geo CD, Playstation 1, MAME Arcade games while having them all in one place makes it worth it to me. Browsing the web on Firefox, listening to thousands of webradio stations from all over the world, streaming videos, Having my music collection of 30+ Gigs of my CD's as well as my DVD collection all at the touch of a button makes the investment in a suped up Xbox well worth it to me. Plus even, with a chip and a 320GB HDD it still costs less than a 360. If you have the money get both

if not, get a chipped xbox and wait until either Too Human or Gears of War come out to buy a 360. Right now Oblivion is the best game out there in my opinion and although Its a great game, MS still needs a few more killer titles for their system. Plus all the "nostalgic" games coming out for the Xbox 360's Live Arcade service are available on the emulators available for the original Xbox now!
Here are some of my non-Limited edition Xboxes
