Should I update to 2.80 if Im at firmware 2.7+?

I would not recommend it. If the GTA exploit ever gets opened up again then theres a chance for kernel homebrew.
kernal mode could lead to a downgrader and its more likely to happen on 2.71 before 2.8, if you can dont update!
Also, there are all ready some exploits people are working on as of now we speak in macromony, so I would seriously reccomend you stay with the firmware you got, and wait for an exploit.
